Had a fantastic time at Stumptown Comics Fest this weekend. Have a MUCH longer post about it coming up tomorrow. Unfortunately it is late and I must get up in the morning to do my “real” job (read: paying).
Be sure to check out our interview with Natalie Nourigat as well as any other tidbits I toss up on the site today. I promise tomorrow will be much more exciting!
But, to keep you entertained in the meantime, (as well as to keep a promise I made) I present one of the pieces I made for Dr. Sketchy. I would like to point out that this proves, once again, the only reason they let me in to the place is because I run up a large bar tab.
Cheers!

So, better than last year? So sad to have missed it, and Portland.
Yes. I think attendance may have been up slightly. However the vibe in the room was better. People definitely brought their A-game to the con. Lots of great comics and some real creativity. And lots of foldies!!!!!! How was MoCCA?
Lots of great work, lots of great folk, but the slowest crowd I’ve ever seen at a MoCCA Fest by far. And we missed all our Portland pals.
